YGT series ultra-high efficiency three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor produced by East China Electric Machinery Factory in Wuxi City is a rare earth permanent magnet synchronous motor. It is a permanent magnet synchronous motor with self-starting capability by installing rare earth NdFeB permanent magnet inside the rotor of the asynchronous motor instead of the magnetic field provided by the excitation current in the stator winding of the asynchronous motor. In stable operation, there is no rotor resistance loss on the rotor, which can reduce the total loss by 20%-30%. At the same time, the permanent magnet of the rotor adopts the embedded detachable structure. Once the motor is burned down due to electrical or mechanical faults, it can be easily re-magnetized or replaced in the case of permanent magnet performance degradation or permanent loss of excitation. The cost of later maintenance is greatly saved. It can replace the general series of asynchronous motors and synchronous motors for various occasions.
The product has been tested and used in many oilfields for a long time. Compared with the common asynchronous motor, the average operating current has been reduced by more than 50%. Compared with Y series asynchronous motor, YGT series high efficiency three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor has the following remarkable advantages:
(1) Large starting moment, high overload capacity, lower installed power
The starting moment and overload capacity of this series of motors are one to two (or even three) higher than those of Y series asynchronous motors. The ratio of maximum starting moment to rated moment can reach 3.5 times. It can start directly (without throwing donkey head) and start smoothly, while Y series asynchronous motors are only 1.6 times. Therefore, the installed power can be reduced in actual use and oil pumping can be fundamentally solved. The phenomenon of "big horse trolley" commonly exists in the machine, which reduces the running loss of the motor and improves the energy-saving effect.
(2) High operating efficiency
Because of no slip loss, at the same time, the magnetic field is generated by permanent magnet, no reactive excitation current in the stator and no loss of rotor resistance are needed. This is impossible for asynchronous motors, so their efficiency is always 3-4 percentage points higher than that of asynchronous motors, reaching the level 2 energy efficiency standard of GB30253-2013, and YGT permanent magnet high-efficiency synchronous motors are in a fairly wide area under light load. The efficiency is the highest. This area coincides with the average load area of oil pumping units, which makes the average efficiency of YGT series motors in the whole load range 12% higher than that of Y series motors, and the power saving efficiency is very obvious.
(3) High operating power factor
Because of the use of permanent magnet as excitation source, the power factor can reach more than 0.98, and through optimum design, as long as the load rate reaches 25%-50%, the power factor can reach more than 0.8. When the load rate reaches more than 50%, the power factor will be greatly improved, even exceed the rated value, playing the role of compensating capacitance in a certain range, while the average operating power factor of Y series asynchronous motor is 0.4%. Following. Because the natural power factor of YGT motor is over 0.9, compensation capacitor can be saved, investment and maintenance cost of compensation equipment can be reduced, thus oil production cost can be reduced and economic benefits can be increased.
(4) tapping potential capacity of power grid
After using this series of motors, the apparent power of the motor is reduced by more than 30%, and the utilization rate of the power grid is improved without increasing the investment of the power grid. A considerable part of the power grid capacity excavated can be used for new productivity construction projects such as oil wells. Under the same investment situation, YGT series motors instead of Y series asynchronous motors can greatly increase output.
(5) User-friendly with dual voltage
In addition to the conventional 380V input voltage, the series adopts the dual voltage input mode of 380V/660V and 1140V/660V to meet the requirements of different users'power grids. Especially, the motor with 1140V/660V voltage is the first of its kind in China. It uses the sub-high voltage, which not only reduces the loss of electric energy on the power supply line, but also effectively prevents the phenomenon of electricity stealing by the illegal persons in the society who occupy the space of inconvenient management in the oil field power grid area.
(6) Unique design and long life
The rotor structure of YGT series permanent magnet synchronous motors adopts special structure. The cooling circulation channel is carefully designed inside, which can effectively reduce the temperature rise of the rotor and ensure that the permanent magnet works in the optimum temperature range, thus ensuring the stability of the magnetic field of the permanent magnet and prolonging the service life of the permanent magnet. Moreover, the permanent magnet is an embedded convertible structure. Once the motor is burnt down due to unexpected circumstances, the permanent magnet will not work. When the ground demagnetization can be restored, the permanent magnet can be easily removed from the rotor, re-magnetized or replaced, thus saving maintenance and maintenance costs.
(7) Strong interchangeability and convenient maintenance
This series of motors adopt Y, Y2 series motor base. Its shape size and installation size are one to Y, Y2 series asynchronous motors. It has good interchangeability and is easy to replace in the field. Its maintenance requirements are the same as those of asynchronous motors. Therefore, it is very convenient to replace asynchronous motor.
