YX3系列高效率三相异步电动机

YX3系列高效率三相异步电动机是本厂为适应国家节能减排政策，采用新材料、新工艺和优化设计而制造的全封闭、自扇冷鼠笼式标准型三相异步电动机，当时符合GB18613-2006标准的2级能效（现GB18613-2012的3级能效）的电动机。该产品结构更加合理，具有可靠性能高，使配套设备运行平稳，故障率低，维护成本下降，运行安全可靠等优点，与普通Y系列电动机对比：损耗下降15%—25%，效率提高2.5%—4%。是Y系列高耗能电动机的更新换代产品。

本系列电动机为一般用途的三相异步电动机，能与多样设备配套，安装方式适合多种场合需求。

本系列电机机座号（中心高）H80～H355，功率等级0.55kW～315kW，转速有2极（同步转速3000r/min）、4极（同步转速1500r/min）、6极（同步转速1000r/min），F级绝缘，防护等级为IP55，冷却方式IC411，安装尺寸符合IEC（国际）标准，额定电压为380V，额定频率为50Hz，工作环境温度不超过40℃，海拔不超过1000m，工作方式为连续工作制（S1）。

产品执行标准：GB/T22711-2008 YX3系列（IP55）高效率三相异步电动机技术条件。

YX3 series high-efficiency three-phase asynchronous motor is a fully enclosed, self-fan cold squirrel cage standard three-phase asynchronous motor manufactured by our factory in order to adapt to the national energy saving and emission reduction policy and adopt new materials, new technology and optimized design. At that time, it met the standard of GB18613-2006 for two-level energy efficiency (now GB18613-2012 for three-level energy efficiency). The product has more reasonable structure, high reliability, stable operation of supporting equipment, low failure rate, lower maintenance cost, safe and reliable operation, etc. Compared with ordinary Y series motors, the loss decreases by 15%-25%, and the efficiency increases by 2.5%-4%. It is a replacement product of Y series high energy consumption motor.

This series of motors are three-phase asynchronous motors for general use. They can be matched with various equipments. The installation mode is suitable for various occasions.

This series of motors have seat number (center height) H80-H355, power grade 0.55kW-315kW, speed 2 poles (synchronous speed 3000r/min), 4 poles (synchronous speed 1500r/min), 6 poles (synchronous speed 1000r/min), F-class insulation, protection grade IP55, cooling mode IC411, installation size conforms to IEC (international) standard, rated voltage 380V, rated frequency 50Hz, working environment temperature. The working mode is continuous working system (S1) with a degree of not more than 40 C and an elevation of not more than 1000 m.
