YBX3系列隔爆型高效率三相异步电动机

YBX3系列隔爆型高效率三相异步电动机，是在参考行业统一设计基础上研制开发的全封闭、自扇冷、鼠笼式、隔爆型三相异步电动机的基本系列。效率执行GB18613-2012《中小型三相异步电动机能效限定值及节能评价值》中的节能评价值标准,达到国家2 级能效，欧洲标准的EFF3 等级，且具有性能优良，使用安全可靠，振动、噪声比同类产品降的特点，符合环保要求。

本系列电动机防爆性能符合GB3836.1-2010《爆炸性环境 第1 部分：设备 通用要求》和GB3836.2-2010《爆炸性环境 第2 部分：由隔爆外壳“d”保护的设备》的规定，也附合IEC79-1，BS4683 和EN50018 的规定，制成隔爆型。防爆标志为ExdⅡBT4Gb，适用于有爆炸性气体混合物存在的场所。

电机机座号（中心高）为80～355，功率等级0.75～315kW，转速有2极（同步转速3000r/min）、4极（同步转速1500r/min）、6极（同步转速1000r/min），8极（同步转速750r/min），工作方式：S1（连续制），外壳防护等级为：IP55，冷却方式为：IC411，绝缘等级为F 级，额定频率：50Hz，额定电压：380V、660V、1140V，海拔不超过1000米，环境空气温度随季节的变化而改变，为-15℃～+40℃。

在YBX3 基本系列电动机基础上，可制成YBX3-W 户外型、YBX3-TH 湿热带型、YBX3-THW 户外湿热带型、YBX3-TA 干热带型、YBX3-TAW 户外干热带型、YBX3-T 热带型、YBX3-TW 户外热带型及YBX3-WF1 户外中等防腐蚀型等气候环境条件。

电动机接线盒具有优良的隔爆结构性能和较高防护等级，且具有较大的空腔以便于接线，进线分为橡套电缆，钢管布线二种。按不同起动要求，可分别制成一个进线口（适用于电动机直接起动）和两个进线口（H250 及以上适用于电动机Y-△起动）。

YBX3 series flameproof high efficiency three-phase asynchronous motors are the basic series of fully enclosed, self-fan-cooled, squirrel cage and flameproof three-phase asynchronous motors developed on the basis of the unified design of the reference industry. The explosion-proof performance of this series of motors meets the requirements of GB3836.1-2010 "Explosive Environment Part 1: General Requirements for Equipment" and GB3836.2-2010 "Explosive Environment Part 2: Equipment Protected by Flameproof Shell"d". It also meets the requirements of IEC79-1, BS4683 and EN50018 to make flameproof type. The explosion-proof mark is Exd II BT4Gb, which is suitable for places where explosive gas mixture exists.

On the basis of YBX3 basic series motors, YBX3-W outdoor type, YBX3-TH wet tropical type, YBX3-THW outdoor wet tropical type, YBX3-TA dry tropical type, YBX3-TAW outdoor dry tropical type, YBX3-T tropical type, YBX3-TW outdoor tropical type and YBX3-WF1 outdoor medium anti-corrosion type can be made.

Motor junction box has excellent flameproof structure performance and higher protection level, and has a larger cavity for connection. The incoming wires are divided into rubber sleeve cable and steel pipe wiring. According to different starting requirements, one inlet (suitable for direct starting of motor) and two inlets (H250 and above suitable for Y-Delta starting of motor) can be made respectively.
