YE3系列超高效率三相异步电动机

YE3系列超高效率三相异步电动机是采用新材料、新工艺和优化设计而制造的全封闭、自扇冷鼠笼式标准型三相异步电动机，是新一代节能电动机。该产品结构更加合理，具有外形美观、起动转矩大、效率高、振动小、噪声低、节能效果明显、运行安全可靠等优点，是高耗能电动机的更新换代产品。

本系列电机效率指标达到GB 18613-2012《中小型三相异步电动机能效限定值及能效等级》中的节能评价值2级标准，满足高效电机效率的要求，同时满足欧洲EFF3的效率指标，效率比Y2系列电动机平均提高3%以上。

本系列电动机为一般用途的三相异步电动机，可用于驱动各种通用机械设备，如金属切削机床、压缩机、风机、水泵、运输、石油、化工、农业、食品、医药等机械设备。

本系列电机机座号（中心高）H80～H355，功率等级0.55kW～315kW，转速有2极（同步转速3000r/min）、4极（同步转速1500r/min）、6极（同步转速1000r/min），F级绝缘，防护等级为IP55，冷却方式IC411，安装尺寸符合IEC（国际）标准，额定电压为380V，额定频率为50Hz，工作环境温度不超过40℃，海拔不超过1000m，工作方式为连续工作制（S1）。

YE3 series ultra-high efficiency three-phase asynchronous motor is a fully enclosed, self-fan cold squirrel cage standard three-phase asynchronous motor manufactured with new materials, new technology and optimized design. It is a new generation of energy-saving motor. The efficiency index of this series of motors has reached the level 2 standard of energy saving evaluation value in GB 18613-2012 "Energy Efficiency Limitation Value and Energy Efficiency Grade of Small and Medium-sized Three-phase Asynchronous Motor". It meets the requirements of high efficiency motor, and also meets the efficiency index of EFF 3 in Europe. The efficiency of this series of motors is increased by more than 3% on average than that of Y2 series motors.

This series of motors are general purpose three-phase asynchronous motors, which can be used to drive various general mechanical equipment, such as metal cutting machine tools, compressors, fans, pumps, transportation, petroleum, chemical industry, agriculture, food, medicine and other mechanical equipment.

This series of motors have seat number (center height) H80-H355, power grade 0.55kW-315kW, speed 2 poles (synchronous speed 3000r/min), 4 poles (synchronous speed 1500r/min), 6 poles (synchronous speed 1000r/min), F-class insulation, protection grade IP55, cooling mode IC411, installation size conforms to IEC (international) standard, rated voltage 380V, rated frequency 50Hz, working environment temperature. The working mode is continuous working system (S1) with a degree of not more than 40 C and an elevation of not more than 1000 m.
